CHRISTOPHER J BIANCHI
Chris brings over 20 years of diverse construction experience to all of his projects. As an experienced GC and Project Manager his attention to detail and knowledge make him a leader and pioneer in the industry and community.
Chris truly loves what he does and is passionate about being the best at what he does, constantly striving to perfect his process, his quality, and bring new and innovative ideas to the industry and all of his projects. He is involved in every stage of the construction and sale process, including providing a smooth transition for our client

Chris was at the forefront of new and clean energy when communities were starting to adopt the stretch energy code, and was a leader in implementing these new policies in many local cities and towns. In addition to building luxury homes, Chris has worked in the clean renewable energy sector for the last 10 years, including design/build, civil, electrical, and mechanical construction.
​
Chris is a native of Needham. He currently resides in Waltham with his wife and 4 children. He is on the Board of Directors for the Youth Football and Baseball programs and coaches. He enjoys spending time with his family and vacationing in Maine!

Chris is a Massachusetts Licensed General Contractor, Home Improvement Contractor, Realtor, and holds many other certificates.
